Our pricing calculator allows you to quickly estimate your monthly and annual costs by simply entering the number of users or resources you need—designed specifically for automated credit card payments through the Sonderplan app. Please note, this calculator does not apply to enterprise customers who require purchase orders or prefer to pay via PayPal. For those cases, we offer tailored pricing options; simply contact us through our form for a bespoke quote.

We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

If you need to issue a purchase order, make a manual EFT payment, or use PayPal, please note that these options aren’t covered by the standard calculator pricing. Instead, we offer bespoke quotes tailored for enterprise customers with these requirements. Simply reach out to us via our contact form to discuss your options further.

When you sign up for a subscription, you are billed only for the number of users and resources in your account.

If you add new users / resources, you are billed on a pro-rata basis for the time until your next renewal.

If you remove users / resources you will receive a credit that will be utilised to reduce your bill on your next renewal.

You can download all of your subscription invoices from the Admin -> Subscription page in your Sonderplan instance at anytime.

You can update the credit card we charge on the Admin -> Subscription page in your Sonderplan instance at anytime

No, you can cancel your subscription from the Admin -> Subscription page in your Sonderplan instance at anytime. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to your account until the end of your billing period.
